DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Table menus — Feature dishes, offers and QR codes

A table tent is a folded, freestanding print placed on dining tables, service counters or payment areas. It highlights new dishes, combinations, drinks, promotions or a QR code while customers dine. Unlike the main menu, it focuses on one or two messages rather than the complete food, service and price list. Short content is visible without opening or picking up a menu.

Common formats

Two-sided table tents stand upright with information on both sides. One side can feature a dish or combination; the other an offer, QR code or social links. This lightweight format suits restaurants, diners, cafés, boba shops and bakeries.

Three-sided table tents form an upright triangle. The sides can introduce food, drinks, desserts or current programmes. Keep each face focused on a main message so customers can read it from different directions.

QR table signs link to digital menus, ordering, websites, social pages, loyalty programmes or reviews. Add a short instruction, for example “Scan to View Menu”, “Scan to Order”, “Scan to Join Our Rewards” or “Scan to Leave a Review”. Ensure sufficient contrast and size, and test the code before printing.

Suitable content

  • New dishes or specials
  • Group combinations, drinks and desserts
  • Seasonal promotions and Happy Hour
  • Opening offers
  • Gift cards and loyalty programmes
  • Catering
  • QR codes for menus, ordering, social pages or reviews

Avoid a complete dish list or too many prices: dense content requires smaller lettering and becomes difficult to read in use.

Why restaurants use table tents

The print is in view while customers sit or wait to pay. It introduces additional food, drinks or offers without replacing the main menu. Replace it for openings, festive combinations, limited dishes or time-bound campaigns.

Materials and dimensions

Coated paper, Bristol or art paper needs sufficient stiffness. Matt or gloss lamination can limit dirt and improve durability. Common finished sizes are 4 × 6 inches, 5 × 7 inches and 5 × 8 inches, or a custom size for the content and table. Measurements refer to the upright display face. Folded feet and glue positions need accurate design so it stands without leaning or opening.

Design, print and ship from Vietnam to the USA

Send the logo, dish pictures, programme text, QR destination and quantity. Match colours, fonts and logo use to the main menu, takeaway menu, flyers, business cards, stickers and packaging. Check content, prices, validity periods and QR codes carefully before printing. Finished table tents are checked, packed and shipped to your US address. Share your opening, new dish or offer for size advice.
