International shipping
How long does shipping from Vietnam to Germany and Europe take?
Express takes approximately 4–6 days; sea freight 45–55 days. Full containers take around 40 days, and LCL consolidation may add 1–2 weeks.
What is duty and tax inclusive shipping (DDP)?
We collect in Vietnam, ship, handle customs and pay import duties and taxes within the agreed scope, then deliver to the door. Air cargo DDP and all-inclusive sea freight include invoices and documentation.

No. The courier notifies the recipient of import taxes. Pay directly or authorize us to arrange payment; delivery is scheduled after payment is recorded.
How does DDP differ from European customs and warehousing?
DDP covers the agreed journey from Vietnam to the door. European customs and warehousing covers selected destination services: clearance, storage, sorting and delivery within the EU.
Which goods are prohibited or restricted?
Prohibited goods cannot be shipped; restricted goods require the relevant documentation and conditions. Requirements vary by market. Share product details before packing.

Express and air freight use the larger of actual weight or volumetric weight (length × width × height in cm / 5000). LCL uses CBM or weight; full containers use the container type.
Can bulky signs and furniture be shipped?
Yes. Wooden crates are prepared for the dimensions and weight, with ISPM 15 treatment.

What does international relocation support include?
Collection, packing, shipping, customs and delivery to the new home. Surveys or consolidation can be coordinated at an agreed cost when needed.
Signage
Can I install the sign when it arrives?
Yes. Signs are supplied in modules with drawings and installation guidance, for installation by you or a local contractor.
Will LED signs work with the electricity supply abroad?
Electrical specifications are adjusted to the destination market.
How long does sign production take?
Timing depends on dimensions, materials and lighting effects. A schedule is quoted for each project.
Printing & Packaging
Do I need to provide a finished design file?
You can provide your file or ask Hamburg Connect to create a design from your ideas.
Can I approve a sample before a large print run?
Yes. Images or a physical sample are approved before production.
How do I order a design shown on the website?
Enter its reference code, such as TC-03, in the Needs description field on the contact form.
Supply & Setup
Can I start without drawings or a clear concept?
Yes. Describe your wishes and send a few sample photos.
Can I order selected items instead of a complete package?
Yes. Choose the items you need.
Does Hamburg Connect install or build on site abroad?
Hamburg Connect focuses on supply and international logistics. Goods include specifications and guidance so you can coordinate installation with a local contractor.
How long until all goods arrive for opening?
Timing depends on the number of items. Hamburg Connect plans backwards from your opening date.
