Consistent marketing materials for Vietnamese restaurants abroad
Table of Contents
Coordinate the places customers see
Signage, menus, takeaway packaging and ordering pages should use the same business name, logo and contact details. When these elements recur, customers can recognise the restaurant and find the right place to order. Agree one shared information set before printing.
Distinguish the role of each printed item
Flyers introduce an opening, new dishes or a time-limited promotion. Takeaway menus let customers keep the selection and ordering details. Table tents at tables or counters can highlight a combination, featured dish or QR code. Give each item one main message that customers can understand easily.
Make ordering information easy to find
Check phone numbers, website, address and opening hours before printing. QR codes must lead to the correct page and be tested by phone on a sample at its actual size. If there are several branches, show the corresponding details so that customers do not call or visit the wrong one.
Keep offers understandable and practical
If using vouchers or loyalty programmes, clearly show the benefits and redemption terms agreed by the restaurant. Staff should understand the same information to answer consistently. Print quantities suited to the campaign period and the ability to update the programme.
Choose a practical set of items
A new restaurant can start with menus, flyers and packaging. See Restaurant & F&B solutions to discuss coordinating these items with the brand identity.
